Language services may be billed by the hour or at a fixed project rate, based on content volume, technicality, and turnaround requirements. Standard hourly rates fall between $96 and $120 for writing, translation, editing, and proofreading services. Clients with frequent needs may opt for a monthly flat-fee retainer covering all language services:

• Core: $1,850/month covers writing, translation, editing, no visuals.

• Plus: $2,950/month covers language services including visuals, research, graphs.

Website translations cost between $1,500 and $4,000, depending on the nature of the project (content volume, search engine optimization (SEO), etc.).

The cost to administer an oath is $5/signature (tax-free), and can only be done in person.

For larger projects, we typically require a 50% down payment to get started on your project.

For new clients and/or smaller projects, once your order is confirmed, we’ll ask for your full contact information for billing purposes. Depending on the terms agreed upon for your project, invoices are typically due upon receipt.

For regular clients, all final payments are due within 30 days after the invoice date.

Unless we are advised otherwise by our clients, all our translations are delivered with the exact same page layout as the source text that we are assigned. To elaborate, we can translate and deliver documents in several formats, the most common are DOC (or DOCX), XLS (or XLSX), PDF, PPT.

If a document is in the format of a graphic design, such as PNG, AI, PSD, TIF, GIF, JPEG, and so on, we may need the assistance of a graphic designer and additional fees may apply.

Other official documents may be identity documents or school transcripts, legal documents, etc. Most countries require that such official documents be certified or notarized, in other words, translated by a certified translator.
